To fix this you loosen the screw ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE 5 full rotations. Once you do this, twist the 3Rw layer to be 45*
Gently but firmly lift the 2 white centers, and swivel the 3Rw layer up until they are in their appropriate spaces. Release and tighten the screw back 5 full rotations.
To prevent this from happening again, tighten all 6 screws 45-90* and fully lube.
Right now, the layers are a tad bit too loose.

Doing that adds pressure to the centers that are misaligned.
I broke my Meilong doing that, and had to order a new one

I agree. It took me a bit to notice. However, like @Caleb Valenzuela pointed out, most younger kids will have no idea, and if they do know, I would be worried about something else.
