I solved each step 5 times and listed the averages below. Are there any steps that jump out and say "hey this is slow as ****." I can imagine that finish F2L step at 22.50 is bad but I'm not sure about the others.

2x2x2 7.97s
2x2x3 12.60s
EO 9.17s
F2L 22.50s

That is an overall 5 average F2L in 52.24s although I have never broken 1 minute F2L timing myself from start to finish.
EDIT: Just got a new personal best at 1:04.96 on a full solve looking at 3LLL off paper! Woot! (F2L had to have been less than 1 minute on that from start to finish!)

As always thanks for any assistance. I like to post progress and get feedback on a regular basis to keep me looking towards new goals (unfortunately I am the fastest person I know in person so I have no hands on help)

EO should be around 4-5 seconds at MOST, I think, only if you have to flip all 6 edges. You should be able to recognize edge orientation without having to turn the piece to the correct spot, and it should only take 3 moves per 2 edge flips (change one edge orientation, replace with bad edge, restore).

Going from 2x2x2 to 2x2x3 in 12 seconds seems kinda long, as you're only looking for 3 pieces, and you can insert them all separately or joined. Don't be afraid to break your 2x2x2 block to insert pieces.

Can't really give any tips for the F2L finish, I just sort of figured it out myself, and probably don't do it efficiently. Don't know about the 2x2x2 step either, it was my worst step when I used Petrus.

Code:
With around 5s inspection between steps
2.94
1.16
0.19
6.00

Without inspection between steps
2x2x2:       2.02, 1.52, 4.00, 2.99, 2.23
2x2x3:       3.16, 6.31, 5.91, 4.68, 2.75
EO:          7.30, 2.70, 5.45, 2.02, 4.11
Finish F2L:  4.80, 4.25, 5.42, 6.44, 3.88

I guess my strength are 2x2x2 block and finishing F2L. Usually I get 2.xx 2x2x2 and 4.xx F2L finish. The reason that I don't use Petrus for speed is that my EO (usually 6.xx) and extending to 2x2x3 sucks (usually 6.xx). The 2.02 EO was magical for me. It was a bad 4 edge flip case, but I saw it immediately. The 5.45 before that was actually just a RUR' trigger. :p

Johannes is really good at this.
Probably something like 1, 2, 2, 3 for him.

What I find cool is that your finish F2L is really slow, like mine for normal Fridrich...

After EO what I found cool was that if you think about the pairs in terms of Fridrich (without actually USING Fridrich), you become a lot more aware of the pieces you want to use.

Do you know about Johannes' site?
It is a very big help for using Petrus. Also Lar5 is really good, with a little searching around you can find a lot of stuff. If you can't finish the F2L quickly there is a page with all the cases, I learned a few things from it.
Edit:
2x2x2: 1.72, 7.55, 4.08, 5.57, 2.52 = 4.29
2x2x3: 7.93, 1.08, 2.12, .78, 1.97 = 2.77
EO:1.73, .82, .62, 1.52, 1.38 = 1.21
F2L: 4.69, 5.02, 4.28, 7.96, 4.60 = 5.31
My first Petrus solves in a long time. Done with like 2 seconds inspection between steps mainly to recover from slamming down the timer.

Stupid question, but how do you time each section of your solve? Starting and stopping makes it unrealistic due to that you can lose or gain look ahead.

S1: 1.86 1.32 1.79 1.36 1.83 => 1.63
S2: 1.60 1.34 1.80 2.03 1.78 => 1.71
S3: 0.70 1.11 0.46 0.84 0.80 => 0.78
S4: 3.93 3.27 2.53 3.02 2.92 => 3.13

With short inspection between steps.

I wish I could do it that fast lol, I am also trying to leisurely remember my OLL's and so far I remembered 4 of the 7 within about 4 hours. I should have all 7 remembered with another day, but I am mainly working on F2L (look ahead and recognition)

Why is everyone so slow at S1 and so fast at S3? (I mean as a ratio to my times.)
I find it very easy to sub-2 the first block, it's like the cross, but EO is just so hard to recognize for me.
