Petrus or F2L?

i'm better at intuitive F2L with some algs, but petrus is alright.
is full F2L worth it, or can Petrus get you to sub-20 easily?

Yes. Some people say no, but most say yes.

Edit: most the people who say no aren't sub 20 with petrus....

Yes, I use OLL and PLL. Don't forget about doing bad edges though. After 2x2x3 it goes

1. Bad Edges (I have a video if you have issues with bad edges)
2. Step 4
3. OLL
4. PLL

The only site I've ever seen that actually gives tips and advice about Petrus besides the original lar5.com/cube is mine as I mentioned in the post above. That's why I made it. It's an alright site....it needs some updating and editing of typos and stuff, but it's decent.
