Petrus method

Hi
I am having a lot of truoble with block building in the petrus method. Can you guys give me any tips on how to get faster at building blocks in the petrus method. I just started using the petrus method a couple of weeks ago because I don't like memorizing tons of algs. Also you do more thinking so you don't get bored as fast.

Fridrich, you do not memo algs.
It's also intuitive and when I was learning, it was easier to understand. Just pair up edges and corners. and insert.

Have you checked out Petrus' block building page? There are some good tips in there for building 2x2x1 blocks. Making larger blocks aren't quite as intuitive but should get easier with practice.

check out Johannes' page. It is one of the best. He has made a page that gives you a scramble and then tells you how to optimally solve every possibility there is. Its very helpful.

Also I don't know how "Fridrich, you do not memo algs" makes sense, especially in this topic...
Oh and I definitely agree about the bored part. I'm not bored with Fridrich, I love it, but now that I'm working on Petrus I love thinking again.
