I found by a new link in the top left corner of his site: http://lar5.com/cube/

They already have 756 members, it looks like... so they have a fair amount of people already joined.

There are also several other cubing-related yahoo groups. They were very active a few years ago but mostly dead these days, because everybody moved to this forum. There's a lot of useful stuff in the archives, though.
