I am learning how to do blindfold solves. I am using old pochmann method. I watched badmephisto's videos and I understand most of the stuff, but I don't understand parity. It wasn't clear when to perform parity fixes, and how.

My knowledge is that you do an r perm. But I don't know when.

Cheers

Edges first, then do it right after edges. What I meant by just doing it at the end always is if you do edges first and have parity then you could just switch UFR and UBR corners in your memo :p. Seriously though, just after edges, so that your corners are back to where you memoed them

So for edges you switch ULB and UFR corners while shooting your buffer to edges in UB UF or UL. So if you shoot and odd number of edges then your corners will be switched from their original location. (example with T perm. one t perm switches corners, another t perm restores corners).
When solving corners UL and UB edges are switched while your buffer corner shoots into 3 places. So you need and R perm that switches UL and UB as well as ULB and UFR corners for parity. That way your memo is correct and your edges won't be out of place once you finish the entire cube.
