I think it's a simple question.

Is it possible to fix parity on v-cube 5 simply using set-up moves following by apply of one of PLL algorithms after you (lets say solved but two edge pieces are not solved ofc) a cube?I refer to old pochmann

No, it's only possible with the Rubik's 5x5x5. If you want to know how, please describe more clearly what you want (or hope that someone else understands you).

I needed it only for edges that are swapped but are in the same layer.

I hoped that using a T perm but with combination of single and 2 layer turns this would be possible.

Anyway to get straight to the point,is it possible to solve any (or all) parity errors on v-cube 5 by simply using logic

Huh?

I'm confused.

What's the difference in v-cube 5 compared to Rubik's 5x5x5 if i want to use your method on it?

I don't fully understand what you're saying, but using the outer edge switching parity error algorithm and the entire edge flipping algorithm (R U R' U' F' U F) you can eliminate the use of the outer edge flipping parity error algorithm (Although it may take longer)
