im not sure if this is new, but its different from the one most people use.

R' U R' u2 L U' L' u2 l2

its basically the same thing, but i wanted to get rid of the D2s and replaced them with u2s

this is the CW A perm

Ah actually you're right, at first I was just looking at the alg, and thought it was awful, but I can actually get sub-2 on this alg, thanks :)

I kinda do it like this:

(R' U R') u2 (L U' L') (u2 l2)

My best is about 1.6-1.7.

YAY! that's the one I've been using :D
imo it's faster than the one with the D2s

avg of 12: 1.21
1.21, 1.33, 1.15, 1.24, 1.19, 1.28, 1.23, (DNF), 1.12, 1.18, (1.10), 1.16

How do you think Rowe Hessler can sub 1 on both A perms? ;) Jason Baum says he's seen him get a 0.6x on CW A perm

Hmm do: x' L2 D2 L U L' D2 L U' L x

Would you still use this alg in this situation?

i.e. would you do x' y2 R' U R' u2 L U' L' u2 l2?

Or would you use something else?

I would use x' z (U' R U') (L2' U R' U') (L2' U2)

Sorry, my alg will completely screw up the M ring and U layer, other than the corners.

I use this alg and the inverse for A perms and it can be sub 1ed on average with much problem:
x' R2 U2 R D R' U2 R D' R

I don't like u moves in PLL, i always under/over shoot...

EDIT:
without much problem, lol.

Because he turns at ROWE HESSLER SPEED. If someone can do T perm in .78, you'd expect them to have a really fast A perm.

Waris uses this one and its inverse. He got .71 on one of them.
