Different F-perm and V-perm may be useful to someone.

Wiki (V Perm) said:
y2 R U' L' U R' U' R U' L U R' U2 L' U2 L
Get rid of the y2 to get L U' R' U L' U' L U' R U L' U2 R' U2 R
Take the inverse: R' U2 R U2 L U' R' U L' U L U' R U L'
Change to some wide turns: R' U2 R U2 L U' R' U r' F r U' R U r'

Wiki (F Perm) said:
R' U R U' R2' F' U' F U R U' x' R2 U' R' U
Get rid of the x': R' U R U' R2 F' U' F U R U' R2 B' R' B
Add an x' to the front: x' R' F R F' R2 D' F' D F R F' R2 U' R' U
Change Ds to us: x' R' F R F' R2 u' R' u F R F' R2 U' R' U

why is it infamous?

not quite sure. the way i look at it is (and im only a month old full PLL guy) badmephisto has taught the V before F. his V is [R' U R' d'] [R' F'] [R2 U' R' U] [R' F R F] and then for the F he tweaks the V slightly [R' U2 R' d'] [R' F'] [R2 U' R' U] [R' F R U' F]. So may be new learners (like me) are "guided" like that (from the best source)
Also this alg for F is way in the middle of the F list in wiki. goes un-noticed? Some one should arrange them in order of popularity man!! vote for the most used alg or something and sort them. again im too new in PLLs and jst sharing how i learnt (and how i hope things shud be). luckily i saw the T variant in some1's youtube comments and got to know.
