Needs help on jessica fredrich method!!!

I have known the beginners layer by layer method for a long time. Now I am trying to learn the jessica fredrich method and its very confusing. Is there somewhere i can learn it on a slow step by step video or site, even with a list of algorithms?

...And is the Jessica fridrich method the same as the fridrich method?

and yes they are one and the same. most people just call it fridrich

i wouldnt solely recommend badmephisto for algorithms though, go to the wiki on this site and try out each algorithm to see what you are best at performing
learn 2 look OLL and 2 look PLL first, and then learn full PLL and learn full OLL whenever you want

Dont forget to concentrate on F2L not just last layer. F2L is the hardest bit which requires the most practice and will help most with your times
