I don't know if I'm allowed to post a request here, but I want to increase my efficiency with columns first.
In general, my first and third steps are the same. However, the one thing that I'm very inconsistent on is with my last layer. Steps. I've experimented with CMLL, but for me it would take longer to learn, and for me, I would feel recognition would be a buzzkill for me.
I then went to just orient the corners and do PLL. I found this easier, but with two problems. 1: certain cases are obnoxious. G and N kill Me! Second, I LOATHE R2 moves. With my turning style, they are just awkward as if I did an S rotation. Since many of the mainstream algorithms for PLL use R2 moves. This leads me with very.... odd PLLs.
I'm a bit stuck. I was thinking if there was a way to orient the corners while setting up my last CE Pair would be better. I feel I benefit most from small sets of high impact algorithms. It's why I like Columns. L5EO and PLL are very High impact in my opinion.
If there are any suggestions I would highly appreciate them!
