Switch to CFOP. It will make you faster.

Looks like your using roux but the way your turning your wrists instead of using just your fingers it's hard to tell. I'd suggest working on different steps of your solves ie first block building second block building, cmlls, and LSEs and go from there.

What method is that?

You scramble fast compared to your solve. I see a ton of cube rotations and a lot of wrist turns. I think you would probably do better with a different method. If you like blocks, check out Roux.

Edit: Watched it again. Maybe it is Roux... but it's weird... Roux shouldn't require any cube rotations.

One ultimate tip for your level: PRACTICE.

You should work on finger tricks, like using the tips of your fingers, instead of using your whole hands. Check out like Feliks's 5.66 previous world record video. Then maybe watch the slow motion version. Watch how he turns with his fingers. I hope this helps.

Work on blockbuilding, try to limit yourself to 3 rotations per solve. Drill algs, use qqtimer's MU scrambler to practice LSE.
