Have you tried the YJ Zhilong Mini 5×5 ?
It's sort of a smaller slightly better YJ YuChuang 5×5
and size is @ 58mm

I decided to learn a simple blindfolded 3x3 method, the Pohmann Method! Its only 3 algs, two of which are PLLs!
I do need help on the buffer part, it doesn't seem to make sense to me, so if any of you would be so kind, I'd appriciate it!

Basically, the buffer is the place where the piece you are going to solve is (UR) now; then u move the place it needs to go too in the UL, then you do the swapping alg then then undo the setups moves.

Are you kidding me? I just decided to watch Jperms tutorial last night. the memorization seems a bit intimidating, but I know t perm and y perm already. plus I know how to do corners from 2bld.

@White KB told me to start doing "sighted blind", which is solving the cube with the blindfolded method, without the blindfold. This allows you to experience the moves and get used to the method while you work on memo.

Oh totally, yeah I haven’t even thought about the bld Fold yet. I’ve memmed all the algs already so i’m doing a bunch of sighted solves rn. To break it up eve more, I’m just going to practice edges. Need to soak up these parts one bit at a time. Later am going to try writing the letters down and then solve Holding the cube under the table.
