What should I learn/practice next?

is this a 6×6 solve as well or on 7×7

I can tell you've practicing bro

but it's also important to be learning new stuff to add on to your practice
for example: have you learned the 'T' trick for centers?

Go check out Kevin Hays' TUESDAY TIPS

it helps to do some casual solving on 5/6/7 while you go along with his vids 👍💪👌😎
A lot of my solves lately have been really fast, I think I need to export my old times and start fresh sessions lol

I have the YJ timer which got removed from the market due to a patent infringement lawsuit by stackmat ...
but I don't use that haha
I use the Twisty Timer app on my android phone...

I forgot to backup/export data a couple times when Inhad to reset my phone, tho I remember my PBs and various other good times on various NxN's (so I added them in when I started fresh), but I feel it's more important to know where we are at Right Now in our cubing than to have a long list of old times trying to look back at us in the mirror lol

so go for it! tho it would probably be a good idea to look at all the times you've done since you got the cubes from me, and record those to help you see better just how far you have gotten in your progress going forward

It is 7x7, notice the 3Bw in the scramble, something that can only be found in 7x7.

edit: why does it not load all messages?
as the 6×6 has 6 layers, scrambles for 6×6 always have 3w moves, including 3Bw ☑️

and besides, before he got the MGC, he told me he had a 14:xx PB on 7×7 😲😜😎

I often have to hit refresh on the page for the page to refresh lol

4x4 has 4 layers so 2w moves exist, but not 2Dw, 2Lw, or 2Bw.

simply bcoz some scramble generator outputs that way does not mean it defines all of reality yo, diggit...

turn the bottom two layers together clockwise or counterclockwise and that's a Dw/Dw' and the same for 6×6 and up... turn the back 3 layers together clockwise or counterclockwise and that's a 3Bw/3Bw'

They exist and happen every day bro 🧐👌😀

I myself rarely use machine scrambles, I do handscrambles aomce it's easier and quicker
Something I picked up a few years ago (from ruwix.com) is # of (random) turns to scramble a cube:
3×3 = 20 turns
4×4 = 40 turns
5×5 = 60 turns
6×6 = 80 turns
7×7 = 100 turns (and so on)
also (obvi) it's important to make certain that you mix in multi-layer turns (like Bw/3Dw'/etc) to insure a thorough acrambke of the cube(s) so you don't accidentally cheat yourself out of a good scramble+solve 😎

if your scrambles generator leaves moves like that out of the equation, you are getting shorted on what would be good practice handling the cube and practicing fingertricks for such moves because those do come up in real solves, fr...

We're at a very similar level for big cubes, I'm slightly better in some events, and you're slightly better in others. But, it seems you're practicing and improving more.

I just have had a lot of spare time on my hands haha
once school starts and the business starts growing that's gonna dwindle
