Yeah but it should still go there even though its NR. It's not even a top 100 result, and everyone(I think) agreed to put results like these in the new thread.
I think NRs have some more leniency. Sure, its not WR100, but its still a rather good time, would be the WR 10 years ago
I would say make some definite rules about that, because we don't want to have this argument every time. Post it in the thread.
If it is an NR and someone wishes to create a thread for it under the appropriate sub-forum to promote awareness and discussion, let's just do that. The entire format of the forum should not be changed because of a single thread. NRs can still be posted, and should be posted, on the NR sub-forum. If you want to avoid an argument, keep silent on NR threads if you're only intention is to bring up a non-existant issue not relating to the accomplishment of a skilled individual.
