High Ranking Official Times Thread

As per suggestion from @TheSpeedSkewber , I think a thread for notable times could be good. I have noticed many people are annoyed of the clock PR threads and stuff, and this can be a replacement. Stuff that could be in this thread could be a WR14 3x3 average, or a WR7 clock single and etc. You could also have things like Yiheng PR8 3x3 average and so on.

I am not going to make a strict guideline on how bad a time should be before it does not get its own thread, and should be in here. People have different opinions on what is notable enough to have its own thread and what is not that notable. So I guess you should use your common sense in that regard.

Yeah the dude (I cant remember his name) shouting one fifteen ocr has become a bit of a meme in the pyraminx community and is used when someone gets a time of 1./:15
