When doing mosaic building in comps, who supplies the cubes? Do I have to buy a bunch?

When doing mosaic building in comps, who supplies the cubes? Do I have to buy a bunch?

In my experience, the competition organisers supply the cubes. However, it would be best to confirm with the competition organisers.
