Messy Haiyan Memory Cube, washing tips?

Whats up guys, over the past few months my haiyan memory cube have been acting really strange :confused:

When i first got it, it came with some weird oil lube in it, and i ignored it and put som jig-a-loo in it. Then i got a bottle of Maru Lubricant which i used aswell, and now the cube is werid as ****. Slow and such.

I was thinking of washing it in the dishwasher, what dyou guys think about that? And if i do, should I put the core in it aswell? Without the screws and springs ofc.

I'm not sure, but I think it'd be better to wash it by hand - That way you know what you're doing and you won't be worrying about it breaking inside the dishwasher

yeah, wash it by hand.
maybe you have to much lube in the cube.
when i got mine, the lube was pretty nice and i like it.

Make sure you use isopropyl rubbing alcohol and not high proof ethanol as it will dissolve the plastic.
