Megaminx Main?

YouCubing (aka NUB) told me to post this thread. What is your Megaminx main? I don't have a Megaminx, but I might consider one. I'm looking at the DaYan and the YuHu, but leaning towards the YuHu. If you are not sure what brand your megaminx brand is, type in "Other".

I'm using a Dayan with ridges. The only other megaminx I have is an MF8 v2 though.

YuHu is so good! DaYan can be good if you get a good one (which I didn't). ShengShou locks up a ton, but is pretty fast.

I use Dayan with ridges. I like the turning of the YuHu, I just can't get good times with it.

The YJ YuHu feels awesome, but my Dayan w/ ridges is just faster. So it's my main.

For someone looking for their first megaminx though there's nothing wrong with either! IMO the Dayan only becomes good when you take it apart and lube the core and pieces, and in my case do the edge point mod...but you could get by with an out-of-the box YuHu if you just tension and drop some Maru in it.

Modded shengshou ftw. It's literally the best by far.
The yuhu is nice, but I'm consistently worse with it.
