Hi Mats, But I am confused. Don't commutators cycle 3 pieces at a time? If your commutators flip/twist pieces, then couldn't you orient them correctly during the commutating, without needing to fix them later?

Is your way easier than orienting them all first followed by using commutators that keep the orientations?

It is like Viktor (Isbit) says, I do this only for pieces correctly permuted but with wrong orientation.

You could use commutators to correct this but doing two different cycles. The downside is more to memo, the benefit would be not to have a separate phase for it. It would also lead to a couple of more moves, so it is not as efficient but that is actually not a big deal considering the total time of one hour.

The music: it says so in the beginning, my son thought it was appropriate with music called Remember by felixjd (it is legal to use here).
