How best to clean a speedstacks mat? (Gen 5)

My mat has a dirty spot and I'm curious if anyone knows the best way of cleaning it.

I would like to add onto this and ask how Cubicle mats could be cleaned since I have no idea.

My mat has a dirty spot and I'm curious if anyone knows the best way of cleaning it.

Take this with a grain of salt, but I clean my mousepad with a damp microfiber cloth (no detergent or soap).

I just throw it in the bath tub with warm water and sprinkle detergent on the top of the mat (not the rubber as that can make it not grippy). scrub softly with a sponge, and then dry by putting it between two towels and stepping on it.
