Lubing with grease?

When/If you lube your cube with sillicone based grease do you do it the same as spray lube?

also is it true that you can use KY jelly on a cube?

I would stick to silicone if I were you, it is cheap, and it works great.

I used grease and it worked fine, but silicone is better. And a whole lot cheaper.

what about like crisko or pam,prolly in everyones kitchen anyway,would that work.
