Lube Advice

Hey, I have 2 cans of silcone spray with me right now and don't know which one to use, one is called 5 Star silcone Spray and the other is Helmar silcone spray (food grade silcone [yummo]) so yeah advice would be awesome thanks.

I use 5 star silicone spray. It's the only silicone I've tried, though my experience is you must really clean the cube, then disassemble it and put it in a container, spray the 5 star in it, leave the container overnight to soak. Then clean it and reassemble it in the morning. This works very well.
