Whenever I see you guy's rubiks cube, they seem to move EFFORTLESSLY  I mean in YouTube videos, you just tap it and it almost goes half of 1 turn I need to put some effort when turning, and for that reason I usually push to hard to make a turn and it over turns. How do you get your rubik's cube into this state? I recently bought a DIY Kit White Cube and are wondering you do this.

Edit:

I also tried loosening it so the screw's grooves are showing, but it pops way to frequently.

It's just that you're not used to the looseness. I've given my cube4you DIYs to people who manage to pop them, while I think they're very stable. I've popped one edge in maybe 500 solves. But if you're used to a tight cube, and you use the same force on a loose cube that you do on a tight one, you're going to pop it because you're not turning smoothly. At this point, it's about technique and not the cube itself.

I would say it's experience. You should be able to to R2, etc. moves with a quick movement without overturning by this point. And you should be using finger tricks. Most of them you can discover by yourself by doing your algorithms over and over. Happy cubing = fast times as well. Meaning don't get frustrated when you can't get a finger trick!

What I meant dChan was that I over push with my 'fingers'. I have that experience, just push to hard when I overdo fingertricks.
