Unless it's been modded it's not adjustable.

Most of the V-cube 5x5 are not Adjustable and good luck finding one.

Your most likely better off following this video.

I've had one, but sold it. Honestly even with the adjustable core, the shengshou is still better. Don't follow the tutorial, it will only mess your core up.
