Looking for a quote but can´t remember how it goes...

[MrMoney]

Hi guys,

a year ago I saw the film Zeigeist (not sure WHICH of them) and heard a really nice quote. I would really much like to see the youtube-clip of it.

The clip is of a man who has a talkshow(?) and adresses his audience with: "our nation is going to hell... Because half of you don´t even read books! .... Because half of you have never picked up a newspaper" and other cool things. He went on like this for a few minutes about the nations consciousness. I think it was from the 80s.

Thanks guys!

Loved the Zeitgeist. Changed my perspective of everything. I remember that part, but unfortunately I don't know how to help you.

lolzeitgeist "The God Who Wasn't There" presents a way better introduction to the Christ-myth hypothesis imho.

Why not download the movie? Or else try looking through youtube

I have. But finding a 2-3minute clip in a 2hour + film is not that easy

[Rpotts]

yes it is. It only takes around 2 hours +

EDIT: In fact, you'd already have found it if you started watching the movie instead of making this thread.

You're so helpful.

I remember the first time I watched zeitgeist as an ignorant young christian. I freaked out a bit, then ignored it, then smartened up.
