LL Speed

How can I improve my Last Layer speed? My F2L is around 9-13 seconds, but my Last layer takes alone 10 seconds itself.... I know 35/57 OLL algorithms, and all 21 PLL algorithms. Please Help.

Practice. Just repeat algs over and over again while watching videos or something like that. Learn finger tricks (http://solvethecube.110mb.com/fingertricks.html), if you don't know them already.

Keep practicing, that's what everyone says and of course, it works if you correct your mistakes and not simply repeat them.

Work on doing PLL time attacks, and work on finding ways to get your OLLs quick. Repetition helps. Try to work on getting algs that you can execute quickly.
