Keyhole F2L Problem

3 cycle:
First, z rotate to side and look around x for any M D2 M' D2 (or M U2 M' U2) that would place 1, 2 or possibly 3 edges in the correct places.

Sneak in:
Then use an edge hole, instead of a corner hole, to place the corner under the correct edges with D adjustments.

Scavenge:
In fact, That is the first thing I do: check a bottom corner correctly oriented but on wrong place or corner on top with bottom color facing up, and the middle edge that goes with it that is in wrong place or not, and hope to pair those with D or U. Then unslot them and put that pair back where it goes. It's among the easy 3 moves F2L, sure you already know how intuitively.

Once those are done, then proceed with regular edge hole or corner hole (or mix of both).

Note: some prefer finishing the 4th middle edge because the 4th corner may be faster to insert than the 4th edge for them. I actually let it flow whichever edge or corner finish first.

The worst case for me is to finish the 4th corner and it inserts the 4th edge flipped. In that case, there is a neat formula (see F2L wiki), but it isn't fast. So better place the 4th edge and finish with 4th corner, the 3 algos (2 mirrors) are very easy.
