So I've been using intuitive F2L for a while now and I just recently found out about keyhole, before i start learning it, I'd like to know if it's better or worse in your opinion.
Keyhole is good to know, and I personally think beginners should learn it instead of doing corner then edge. But if you already know intuitive F2L, there's not much of a point in switching, as intuitive is generally better in the long run.
Learn the principle behind keyhole, and understand that it's useful to do D turns during F2L if a corner happens to be already placed. But if the corner is not already placed, keyhole involves solving the corner and then solving the edge which is obviously inferior to proper F2L, in which the corner and edge are solved simultaneously.
i love keyhole, it is more effective in edge building i thing but it lacks in corner orientation.
I use the version inserting all but 1 edge then i insert the corners.
I might be making some algs to orient corners fast while using keyhole.
