With your profile picture, there is, in fact, no colour issue. Even red-green colourblindness is no problem, as my J is black, and yours would most certainly not be percieved as such.

My verdict is that @Justincubes is now innocent, as this profile picture is so cool that prohibiting others from using it is straight up cruel.
Another reason is that @ProStar himself wanted to let everyone have the same pfp as him, so he should not be allowed to complain in this case.
If anyone objects to me being the judge I will object to that objection so that doesn't count.
