Many of the last few ZBLL sets I learnt are quite 'weak' in my memory now, because I only had around half an hour per set to learn them. I thought instead of learning a set today I'd revise the last few sets a little more. Still learnt 3 ZBLL cases today because 200 is a nicer number than 197, and learning 3 cases isn't much anyway.

Just saw a competition announced in the Netherlands! (Sadly, it's not worlds 2025 haha). In terms of interesting events, there are 3 rounds of 3x3, 2 rounds of 2x2 and 2 rounds of 3BLD. It'll be my first time having 2 rounds of 3BLD in one competition, very excited!
The comp is on the 23th of september, so by then I want to at least have finished all T,U,L,H,Pi ZBLLs. Also, time to grind 3BLD again

Just got a 7.42 ao5, and two solves later a 6.78 single. Had that single been 2 solves earlier, the average would have been 7.06. Sub 7 ao5 is coming!

I got 15.34 DNF:
The last two algs were [U R : [D2, R U' R']] [U R' U' : [D', R U R']] which you can cancel a bit so that it becomes U R D2 R U' R' D2 R U R U'D' R U R' D R U' R' U R U', but probably because I was nervous I messed up and did U R D2 R U' R' D2 R U R2 U'D' R' D' R U R' D R U' R', and then I also wanted to do the U R U' that logically would follow at the end but missed the R, so only did U U'. Essentially that made it so instead of VQ as the last pair I did TP.

I was reading a bit back in this thread and saw this post. Tried this scramble again, got 14.93 this time, not a DNF. Quite motivating, who knows when I'll actually get a time like that!
I also just got a 16.16 PB2 single, just 0.04 off PB. Scramble: D2 R2 F2 L' B2 F2 D2 L D2 L' U2 L F' U R' F2 L' D2 L B2 F Rw2

I'm going to start my 3BLD journey today, this thread motivated me to overcome one of my biggest hurdles in speedcubing.

Do u use 3 style or pochmannv

3 Style most likely. I think he uses Orozco corners but i'm not sure. Its practically impossible to get to sub 25 with old pochmann.

Fun fact: during the competition in Poland I recently went to, I got a better MBLD result than the current MBLD world champion, Krzysztof Bober.

I should be the world champion, confirmed.

Yeah I reported this bug to pjk a while back. He said he'll fix it but it's not high priority obviously.

First three solves almost were a PB mean, but on the 18.73 I started memo from the wrong orientation and had to switch, which took a lot of time.

A few solves later I still got a PB mean but it has a 21 with a huge pause in it which is not fun.

That sounds incredibly painful. I tried to do 6BLD once and gave up during centers because tracing pieces was so hard.
