We don't have to tell him, we just need to tell the WRC (I think)
In this case, contact the WCA Results Team here. It would also be advisable to contact one of the WCA Delegates who was at the competition where the incident occurred. You can find the emails of the WCA Delegates in the Asia West and South region here.

It is generally best to contact the WRC and/or a WCA Delegate immediately. This reply is probably too late, and the process is reasonably intuitive, but I think that this message is helpful, in case of future issues.

The fact that you guys think I’m cheating officially is wild bruh.
I don't think you're cheating. I simply replied to someone's post asking what would need to happen for the result in question to be retroactively DNF'd.
If you say things like that however, I suspect that many forum members may reply in anger.

Wait what? I’m actually confused when I was solving me and nobody around me saw any plus 2. What is going on?
Your reaction as shown in the video is the worst out of all of your solves. Where you were fine for the first 11, shown by a fist pump. Then what looked like neutral for the second 11, but then when you got the 10 you threw your head back and looked very displeased with the solve which doesn't seem like a proper reaction to your third best solve of the average, and almost sub 10.
Maybe what happened was the judge wrote that it was a +2 penalty but didn't do it clearly/properly and the data entry people thought it was an 8.19+2 and not the 10.19+2 it truly is, but this is only my opinion as to why it happened.

I was sad because I failed the sub10 average and I missed the zbll. The judge didn’t write any plus2 I took a gander at it and it was fine. The 2 sub10s were not supposed to happen they were sooo lucky. Also the time is 10.09 btw.

Actually what happens a lot to me is when I +2 I get mad and sometimes the judge doesn't write a plus 2,and I just sign in frustration not realizing it is the wrong time. What I do after I realize that the incorrect time is put in WCA live, usually is go to the delegates and wherever data is being entered and tell them to change it. I suggest you do the same, and tell the WCA Results Team to change the time. Be honest with yourself. I am just trying to warn you because if you do this again at other comps but someone there notices then you will get banned.
