iMO, that’s not really how it works. Many YTers do ask for suggestions, so more people can watch videos of interesting suggestions. Like maybe when SCS does a solve, they ask what cube they should use next.
they do YouTube for a job, and it's their job to make content that interests people - otherwise they won't make as much money (through YT)

if you just do it for fun, then make whatever you want
