[Unofficial] Jason Baum two 9.61s and 1:33.94 BLD

I was trying to get an average of 5 on video. The first solve was 9.61, but the rest of them were terrible, so I decided to try another one. The first solve was 9.61, but the rest of them were terrible... again. For the BLD solve, I was done memorizing EP and CP at 20 seconds, so memorizing CO and EO took 15 seconds... to make it worse, I completely blanked on EO and had to guess a little bit. I guess I know what I have to work on now.

Wow hitting the same time twice, both on the first solve! haha. Great BLD, your execution was fast (especially the EO, though blanked out as mentioned lol, would've been like 10 seconds faster lol). I need to work on memo...hmm

Haha, that's my fiancé. I had her do that because I wanted to simulate an average of 5 at a competition, but since I choked both times after good starts I cut the video short. But she scrambled, covered the cube, counted down inspection, etc.

Wow, that's awesome Jason! I wished my sister could do such a thing...lol. I'm sure you'll be prepped up for Nationals! I hope you win this year, with new NAR (may be WR :O). I won't get to compete until late August, so I'll be waiting.

Sounds like you have been engaged for quite a long time now. Will the wedding be anytime soon, or did your promise to marry her after you learned full ZBF2L+ZBLL?

Heh, it's been about 6 months now. The wedding is still a long way away (January 2010), but we've actually joked around about putting it off until I finish ZB

Wow Jason, amazing solves, maybe if you took 2 seconds to recheck EO, you could've saved 10 secs .

For the slice moves that you did, were they U perms ?
