You've probably seen a thread I've made called "Is petrus the best method for FMC?". This is a sequel.
I went to 2 comps with OH and i have flopped twice (1:04.96, 1:30.XX), (48.59, 47.19) (YES I also flopped in FMC, 2 DNFS & DNS). So now i need to improve so im planning to learn Roux. Is this good, or so i stick to CFOP?

It really depends on how much effort you want to put into it. At your speed, if you don't already know Roux, then it likely won't be faster unless you put in a ton of work to learn how to be efficient. You'd likely see better results if you just practised CFOP, since you're nowhere near fast enough for the method to realistically make a difference. So just stick with CFOP since you most likely already have experience with it, and learn how to turn and fingertrick properly since I can guarantee that's one of the major areas you're lacking in right now.

roux is a good OH method
but i personally don’t use it because i need to learn how to double flick M moves with my left hand which i don’t want to spend effort for. So instead, i opted for APB, which is also a very good method. CEOR seems interesting as well. The only downsides is that i don’t know ZBLL yet so i can’t get the full benefits of APB
