Well ive been messing around with f2l quite a bit and i was wondering if zbf2l can be done intuitively... i can do it but its rather inefficient, i can improve efficiency by doing it on 2 slots but recog time is a little slower, so the real question is can it be done in an efficient way, heres how i do mine

orient upto two edges with the first slot, orient the next two with the last slot, it theres an uneven number of good edges on the top layer, i orient the one in the f2l slot, and solve the pair. im pretty sure actual algs do it differently, however i do it that way because im not a computer and i cant efficiently calculate fewest moves algs instantly XD

It's not a bad idea. Many people (like me) learn intuitive F2L, then find algorithms to improve bad cases. I'm slowly learning ZBLS, studying the cases to improve my intuitive feel for the insertions and edge control, but memorizing algs for the worst scenario in each case.
