you should turn with your fingers, if not already, lube it of course, practice, be able to look ahead faster, memorize the cross before the solve, there are a bunch of things you can do to get faster

i have lubed my diy w/ silicon and i use finger tricks, but what u mean by look ahead faster and u still havn't answered my q. about who has the best f2f totorial

You have to mess up the cross, at least temporarily. Really though, just go watch some F2L vids on youtube. Watch them over and over as many times as necessary to understand it.

If you're finding yourself stuck, I think the best thing would be to learn to read and write the English language. It's a very useful way of communicating, and I think you'll find that most tutorials are written in English. So, once you've learned the language, I'm sure you will find it easy to learn how to use F2L from a tutorial, and to learn how to become faster.

Instructions and tips on solving the F2L are everywhere. Don't make us waste our time typing them out for you again. We're not here to spoonfeed you basic information, and Google is much faster than waiting for someone to type a response anyway.

For future reference, typing in proper English will result in your question being more well accepted around here. "u" is not a valid substitute for "you", and "I'm" has an apostrophe in it.
