Hi everybody, I'm Dan from Schopfheim, Germany. I started cubing for about 2 months. My first messured time was 3:02,xx, with the beginner method LBL. Now I decreased my time by learning more Algs from this Page: http://leif.primfaktor.de/index.php?section=beginner
After that, I've learned the Keyhole technique, and now I'm doing constantly sub 90 Solves. My PB is 63,29.

But I'm going to be faster in the future. Today I ordered a DIY, hopefull to get faster.

I just want to ask you: Should I learn the F2L Algs for the last Edge/Corner Pair to insert this last pair faster at the Keyhole?

I suggest learning both intuitive and algoritm-based fridrich f2l. I am learning that, and use keyhole on the side. To me, keyhole was only for making me think about the cube differently.

How do you do keyhole with frid?

I know you could put a CE pair in the keyhole

I'm setting three Corners with the normal method, then turning to Keyhole, putting all 2nd Layer Edges in place, and the last Edge, I want to put it in place with a Fridrich alg, because all edges are in the correct place. Is this a good strategy?

I use what I call "advanced keyhole" for the last corner+edge. This means I use this order for the F2L:
1. Cross, correct order, but (in 75% of all cases) not aligned with the centers.
2. 3 corners correct
3. 3 edges correct
4. 4th edge correct or incorrectly oriented
5. 4th corner (1 of 11 cases)
6. Align cross to centers
