Lube made my cubes really slow

Today I got FZ Rush lube and put it in a lot of my cubes. Some of my cubes (MGC 2x2 and 5x5, shengshou (?) mirror cube, valk mini) are still roughly the same speed, while a bunch if my other cubes (mgc 4x4, thunderclap v3, xman bell v1 pyra, little magic squan, qiheng s megaminx, yufu v2 7x7) all slowed down from either uncontrollable to controllable, or controllable to almost too slow. Is there a way to help either break in the lube or just speed up the cubes?

Break in the lubes in with solves. The cubes might simply be slow if there is a lot dust/dirt in the cubes. This will junk up the cubes and slow them down. If no dust lube just needs solves to spread throughout the cube and break in.

Clean. Your. Cubes. . . . . thoroughly.
and then
try again, using less lube and doing more solves to break the lube in
and then maybe add another drop if needed
