I need help with this octahedron puzzle

i have a disassembled version of this. or just ignore the disassembled one. how to solve this thing. it's complex, my brain's screwed. sorry i am a noob. please help thankyou

If you search youtube for '3x3 super cube tutorial' you should be able to find a video you can follow. You may not find one with that exact puzzle though.

I would post a video but I don't want to watch several to find a good one.

It's just a 3x3x3 (with orientable centers). It might look confusing but when you play around with it a bit you should understand how it works and what each piece corresponds to on a normal cube.
