I am practicing and practicing.I know full pll and 2-look oll.My f2l takes about 9-11 seconds,
my cross takes 1-2 seconds.I even use look ahead and I still dont get sub 20!what do I do!

Drill your LL algs. Go through reconstructions of top solvers and see how they do their F2L. How many moves is your F2L taking? Do 10 solves and count each one. Work on making more optimal moves rather than just the ones you're used to seeing.

Move slower but smoother. If you post a video of your solves we can critique them more.

Difficult to say with just that information but comparing with myself (I'm barely sub-19 in average) I'd say that drilling your algs can give you an extra second or two at most. Your cross seems quite decent already. What will help you the most is improving your F2L, working on efficiency and lookahead.

I think if you learn full OLL you can easy drop your time by 2 seconds at least. If you improve your PLL recognition and AUF prediction you can also improve your time by about 0.5 seconds. Since you can finish cross and F2L in 12 seconds I think being sub 20 isn't hard at all. At your stage it's reasonable to aim for sub 3 OLL and sub 3 PLL.

With 1-2 second cross and 9-11 second f2l, they are clearly your stronger points, which means that you should try to improve your last layer.

You could watch videos about PLL alg executions and fingertricks, and see if you can find better ways to do your algs faster or even find better algs.

Also if you haven't already, learn some of the easiest OLLs, they are really easy and short, and if you know about half of the OLLs, it can get you a bit faster. And over time you'll eventually learn all of the OLLs

remember oll21-27(no edge flips),know simple edge control techniques. You will atleast sub20

This really helped and I move slower,I am finally sub 20,not just because of you though, but you helped!

I think not learning full oll until i'm sub 20 is good, but now since its been awhile,I think my F2l needs improvement
