Need help on sub 20

I average 20 to 23 seconds i use cfop, i normally do not plan the whole cross. I use advanced f2l. I knownafew olls but i dont focus on learning algs and i know full pll. I use the wrm 2021 as my main.

I got a 37.9 second solve with beginners method!

Also on F2l try inserting f2l pair while building cross or looking at corner edge edge pairs with correct centers.

I do sometimes insert a pair before the cross.
