I need a DIY, but dont know what to buy.

okay, so i saw my friend pwn a rubiks cube while we were coming back from lunch one day and Im like, "how hard could that be?"

so i went and bought one, just a gay cheap one from wal-mart.
after about a month now i can solve it in about 1:20. well now im looking to replace the wal-mart piece of crap and get a good quality DIY.

i checked on cubeforyou.com and was thinking about getting the new type (un-poppable) one but... they are sold out, and since they are from china i dont know when they will get them in stock, so i was wondering what the best one would be other than that one.

ps:i was planning on getting stickers from cubesmith, so if anyone has any better suggestions pls tell me.

It still pops but the non-pop i heared that it stills pop too.

I ordered a new type white, not because it doesn't pop, but because the corners look cool lol. I've never had any of my or my friends cubes pop, so it doesn't really make a difference to me. My next order will probably be old types anyway lol.

Just get the old type A, it's a good alternative. From another thread, I heard the new type takes longer to break in.
