I am not new to cubing or to this site, but I have just now joined as a bonafide member.

Personally, I'm a 4-look CFOPer working on 3-look.

Recently, I wanted to purchase a good speedcube and I think that the decision was more complicated that solving the cube itself. There is a lot of old/bad information out there, but I think I finally made some good purchases: AV, FII, LingYun, GuHong, and I think I ordered a Maru, but I can't remember. I paid a little extra use vendors in the US, so they all should arrive shortly so I can figure out which one(s) I like best...

Thanks for replies. I figured the GuHong, AV and F-II were pretty much 'the best'. I first bought a rubiks DIY, but I think it's terrible... :-(

I've never had a 4x4 or 5x5 and I wouldn't really want to learn them because I think I can probably spend the rest of my life improving on the 3x3.

I do have a 2x2 that I can solve intuitively, but I'm not very fast at it.
