How old were you when you started cubing?

first solved cube when i was 7. i got 1 minute as average back then...then when i learned cfop when i was 13, i got down to 50...then 40's. well, i learned cfop before my birthday. i'm just 14 years old.=p

Learned at 13, and passed my 14th birthday before 'It's fun and interesting, I'll practice and get faster!' became 'I'm shooting for pro status. Practice, practice, practice (and then I found and joined the forums).'

I'm 15 now.

I solved my first cube when I was 9, I only got interested in speedcubing in September/October/around that time.

10th April 2009 XD (When i was 13)
TBH im pretty inactive on this forum but I considered myself a speedcuber when I Sub'd-25.
I took little breaks here and there and just got the urge back to cube few months back and it was then i broke my sub-20 mark.

Little off topic-
Broken in, then modded using A V mod and lubed Type E Spins like god seriously.

Meh, I was about 17 years, 5 months and 22 days old. (+/- 5 days)

An old, potentially solvable cube has been located in an abyss of my room for years, but I had no interest of it back then. However, as I aged and hungered for challenges, I grew interested in cubing and its mysteries. I suppose various videos of speedcubers fascinated me, as I wanted to know the theory behind their speed.
