I think i was 15 or 16 years old when i first tried cubing, but this was back in 1980 or 1981! (I vote for that it was late 1980 = 15 ½ years old but i'm not sure.)

i started when i was 11. funnily enough, i had never even tried solving a cube before. i didn't even know what a rubik's cube was until i was 10. no joke.
