How Often do you Train?

I do atleast an hour a day if I have time.

I do a few 4x4 solves, then do my avg of 5 4x4. Then I do the same for 2x2, followed by the same for 3x3.

Then throughout the day I fiddle with my 3x3 solving whenever I have a minute. But of course, I am averaging around 37seconds.

there is no set amount to train, you just cube whenever you want to, if you get sick of it, drop it for a while. you dont learn as fast or as much when you are sick of what you are doing

Not one day passes without getting a BLD solve. sometimes i get about 20 BLD solves, sometimes just one or two. It depends on your own initiative and your desire to get better and faster.

As long as you are doing a little every day you should be okay mate. I sit down at night and watch TV while i cube. I probably do an hour or so a day like this and have seen a steady improvement. Make sure you are always learning something new, this way you can't go wrong. :)

I have my cube with me while I work. So that's what? 8 hours of cubing every day? Well, maybe less, I probably do get some work done for at least a couple of hours a day :)

I do most of the events in the weekly competition every week and usually do an average of 100 on 2x2, an average of 50 on 3x3, an average of 25 on 4x4, and an average of 15 on 5x5 every week.

I've just been practising 2x2 and 5x5 non-stop for the past 2 days, and I went from averaging 12 on a normal average to 8ish. On 5x5 I got the V-cube, so it's a bit hard to tell my improvement, as it may just be the change from V-cube to Rubik's.
