How do you flick r2 with your wrist?
Um.. You place your right index finger on the F stickers of the UFR and UF pieces, your right ring finger on the U pieces of URB and UB and turn the R and M layers at the same time using your wrist. So your forearm stays more or less stationary and your wrist spins clockwise, moving your fingers away from you.
You basically just turn the face with your wrist, I think maybe I don't fully understand your question?
Chris
That's not a flick. Flick usually means you are using your fingers, not your wrist.
Milan Baticz did a ridiculous fast r2R2 H perm in the finals of WC. I am too lazy to dig up the vid though.
