How much slower was your first average in competition than usual?

I averaged about 17, Got a 17 avg then a 14 avg then another 17. My times were incredibly flaky due to nerves I think.

I acually do better in comps and have smashed a lot of overall PB's. I averaged around 14.5 back then and got a 13.7x average in my first comp. The only events I can't do well in comps is bld events.
