How many times a day?

Apparantly there is no "spam"-filter on this forum. I think a short message like that with "I just pull it out whenever I'm bored" and "shorts" should be blocked :)
Yes, there is. It is like a 10 character limit. I don't want to make that longer because sometimes short answers are necessary.

I know about the 10 character limit, but didn't you see the smiley? Now activate your "dirty mind" and read the quotes again.

Yeah, I did. In that sense, it is basically impossible to block phrases, since there are so many combinations of phrases. The best I can do is moderate those as best as I can.

Back on topic, I practice around 10 minutes a day due to my classes. I wish I could practice more.

I practise for 4 hours per day. 1 hour each for 3x3x3, 4x4x4, 5x5x5, and Megaminx. Some of the time I am learning algorithms, some of the time I am just practising the ones I have learned :)

I just try go for new times during a day, sometimes I get carried away and do it too much. I've been doing it all day since about 6pm since I got a new DIY cube and was fixing it up. I still manage to fit in homework and other stuff, and go out to do sports alot.

I took my cube to school yesterday, I'm the only person in my school of 1600 members that cube, the entire day was a sort of secret mission where I just couldn't let any one see. People can use anything of any sort to get at others in school, so I thought I best keep a 'low profile' until more sure about how other people would react. I showed my friends during lunch but only once, they hadn't believed that anyone could even solve a rubik's cube before I showed them.

Hi Arnaud,

Yes, I am serious, and yes, it is paying off! I am in very good shape with the 4x4x4, averaging around 1 minute now. The only thing I am concerned about is that my cube is becoming too loose again. And for the 5x5x5, my aim is to be sub 2 minutes by October. At the moment, I have managed 1 sub 2 minute time, but 2:0x's are becoming more common for me. I don't think I have as much natural ability as a lot of the guys who are on this forum, so I have to make up for it with a lot of practise :) Unfornuately I cannot make Poland this year, so I shall see you in Budapest :D

I think Michael Fungs record will be broken by a pretty large margin. On this forum alone Frank Morris, Erik Akkersdijk and Máthiás Kuti have gotten sub 55 averages. I didn't know you were that fast on 4x4x4 and 5x5x5. I remember the German Open where we did some 5x5x5 races and I could keep up with you pretty good.

I guess my problem is that I don't have any natural ability and no practise to compensate for that. I'll see you in Budapest!
